HRROA specializes in charity works and considers it as a foundation of individuals and community development. Through adopting developmental and social solidarity projects, the association seeks to meet the basic needs of the community (urgent and ongoing needs), as well as raising the cultural and educational level of families in order to achieve sustainable development.

HRROA is committed to deliver Educational, Humanitarian and Community development services to people in need regardless of their gender, religion, race and social status in the best possible manner to full fill the current crises needs in the country and assist the society to recover.
