HRROA plays a vital role in providing various training such as Vocational trainings, Home renovation, Agriculture and other recreational programs. Our programs enable people to apply the skills they gain in to their personal life or at workplace. Furthermore, these skills provide opportunity to people who are looking to get into the workplace and the people who are already employed they can benefit from the new skills at their workplaces to advance on personal and professional levels.
HRROA has always shown gone extra miles for girl’s education in Afghanistan because girls are the one hugely impacted in every part of Afghanistan. Currently there are a high number of girls still not able to attend schools due to lack of opportunity or government restrictions. HRROA actively advocating for girl’s education and working with partner organizations to facilitate equal opportunity for girls to get education in Afghanistan.
