Empowering women means empowering the society if we have a society where women has considerable role we can assume the country well develop as each country may have the ratio of 50/50 of male and female which is not possible to eliminate if we eliminate it mean we eliminate the 50% population of the country which could has very bad effects on the economy of the country, in fact those females can help their family access good food, good life and an educated women can grow up an educated family and more mature children in the society.
HRROA has the capacity to empower women through different means in the society and let them develop in considering the current bands on women’s work in the country and can find alternative ways to empower them.
